Online education course, Is their degrees as good as those pratical?

I wasn't very satisfied with my own education accomplishment ,but as i am working now, i don have the time to take classes like normal student. So now i wish to take some courses online and hopefully will be able to gain better education accomplishment. The question is, which colleges provide a better course for social sciences and business? I hoping to obtain associates degree.
