Online game (Ranonline)

Question

After installing this game, it can not be opened. Instead, there are messages like Gameguard initialization error. Try rebooting & executing the game or close the program considered to cause a collision.

I followed what it says but nothing was happened. I also reformat my PC and reinstall that game but the same thing was happened.

Please help. Thank you very much.
