  2. I totally relate to the reading problems when fatigued, the tireder I am the harder it is to read, write and spell.

The top link is in Norway, if you have a chat to them they should be able to help with some tips on managing dyslexia.

I have found that learning the basics of phonics is important, equally important is having a list of most commonly misspelled words, spelling rule (i before e, except after c etc), homophones, it is not uncommon for dyslexics to mix up similar sounding words, such as whether / weather.

There is some computer programs which helps when trying to do computer work etc.

I am dyslexic and have a list of spelling rules, misspelled words and homophones near the computer or when I am writing to help with spelling.

  3. I would think your college offers disability services. You can go there to get help or extra help AND IT'S FREE. Something to look into it.

  5. I also have dyslexia. Most colleges have a department for students that need help. In in the United States it is called disabled students services. They help with all kinds of disabilities even dyslexic. See if college there has something like that. Try talking to a counselor.

I have also found that the computer may have Microsoft word. It has a spell check and grammar check in the program. Both have been helpful to me for those papers. I know it is frustrated but you will get through this.
