Online iq test accuracy?

I just took an online IQ test and scored 142... i know its not very accurate so I ask, considering it was online, what does this score say about my actual intelligence?

Not too much.  Online tests have inflated scores and are notoriously inaccurate.  But they are fun, and if you think IQ tests are fun, then you're probably pretty smart.  I wouldn't put any emphasis on the score - I've taken most of the online tests out there, and they've disagreed on my score by more than 60 points!  Not all that accurate.
