Online phone caller?

Question

I remember I used to go on this site, I would type a message in and then type my friends phone number and it would call him and a bot would say the message. It was quite helpful when my sister was on the phone. Unfortunately, the site no longer is in use.

Does anyone know of any other sites that do this?

but, ooVoo is the only one you can call landline and cell phone for free, and you don't have to buy any credits.....bur with yahoo.com only PC to PC its free, but if you want to use it and call a landline or cell-phone you have to buy credit and then calling/out!!
