Online phone??Help i need one NOW!?

Okay um i need a online phone thats free..and has a phone number DO NOT SAY SKYPE

What's wrong with Skype? You can get a phone number if you sign up to SkypeIn.

Do you need it for incoming or outgoing?  I have an IP-PBX setup, which is basically VoIP and Internet telecom.  You don't need a PBX, though, you can just use a free softphone, such as X-Lite.

For outgoing calls, I use VoipJet.  You get 25 cents free credit and it's very cheap, and you can add balance through Paypal.

For incoming I use Freedigits, it's a free incoming phone number.
