Online photo editor&album??

Question

im lookin for a good online photo editor that allows me to save my pictures as an album....ive just tried scrapblog which is great exept for de fact that my album doesnt load...big let down!!!also have photobucket and flickr but thats not what im lookin for....if any of u kno something like scrapblog please let me kno....also it would b great if i could choose wheter i wanna publish de album or not :)
