Online photography classes?

what is a good place to take online photograpy classes to become an licensed photographer??

In many places you don't need a license to practice photography. I don't think there is an online class you have to take (like say, the one you take to pass a test to get a real estate license) to do photography.

If you are referring to just an average photo class, In my opinion, if you are going to spend the money on an overpriced "do it yourself" online class, might as well instead go to the nearest college and enroll in one of their classes. There not only will you get hands on experience, but also make contacts with many students like yourself and not to mention you might find a mentor in your professor.

Just my thoughts, do some research on where you live and licensing, but where I live you do not need one.

Also, the best way to start is just that, start! Start taking pictures and teach yourself all you can before paying someone else. You'd be surprise how many different things you will learn. there are many books as well, but in my opinion, if you are going to pay for a class, pay for the real thing :)
