I have played all the sites and I like Ultimate Bet the best.  Another good one thats relatively new is PitBull.  they are a flash site so there is no program to download and install...just go and sign up.  If you decide to try PitBull and sign up through the link on my blog they will also give you $10 real money to play with free.  www.fifthstreetpokerblog.squarespace.com

CarbonPoker.com is my favorite site to play on.  Lots of free play tables to play on.  Even have some nice freerolls where you can win free money.  The tables can go to full screen where alot of sites only are half the screen.
