Online poker payout issues "confirming credit card and drivers licnse" help?

I recently requested a withdraw with bodog poker and they require a copy of all the credit cards that i used. well i used a gift card each time i made the deposit and the first few times i lost the giftcard i only have my last 2 deposit gift cards what should i do?

Bodog is battling against fraud.

Send them you drivers license and the latest gift cards you used and explaing to them. You can black out any personal info like SS#.

You should be fine. The 1st time you try to W/D from Bodog is the hardest. Future withdrawls with be quicker.

Send them what they want and then perhaps consider playing elsewhere as few rooms require this kind of stuff unless you're taking out a very large amount.

Fax in a copy of your license.  Be sure to let them know that your deposits with gift cards and that you no longer have them.  Get them to acknowledge this fact and they should honor your payout request.

Show them your gift cards and drivers license. Shouldn't be a problem with it. You do have a license, right?
