The resources required to gather that kind of data are quite expensive. No one is going to offer that kind of service for free.

The closest you'll get to free is to buy PokerTracker and then datamine your own database or buy PokerTracker and get someone to sell / give you there database.

If there is a free one out there, let me know.  I use poker tracker (which aint free) and it is a good tool, not only for scoping out your opponents, it also lets you know your weaknesses.  I reckon online poker aids are like everything else in life, you get what you pay for.  You can use some of the features of the pokerdb (bluff mag. online), it will only let you know whether the person at your table is a winning player or not, but that does help,  'cause in poker, especially online where you can't oobserve the person, every little bit of info is good.  Good luck.
