Many online charter schools are popping up all over. Many of them are now using k12 products. k12 schools are good for many reasons. Each student is given a placement test and then given individualized curriculum based on his or her individual needs. With the help of online charter schools today, homeschooling can be much easier than it used to be. They provide you with everything you need, a computer, a printer, books, supplies, and teachers that you can both email and call for help and assistance. This is free and there are no charges. Online schools are definitely becoming a way of the future for the children in generations to come.

So are you looking for an online school?! IF you're in High school or going into high school i recommend Penn Foster Career/High School! That's what I'm doing and I love it!  Another option that's becoming popular (check in your state, it might not be an option for you depending on where you live) is The online Virtual School. I know that FL and GA have them but I'm not really sure about what other states do!

Well, depends on what state you're in. My nephew has been home-schooled now since he was in 6th grade, and is now in 10th. First we started with a place called Oak Meadow, which was very expensive. But check your state, now all we do is sign up thru another school district here in Wisconsin. Check online for your state & see if there are any school districts that have the option. It is getting more & more common as so many kids like my nephew were getting abused & beaten up, that's why we yanked him out. You need a computer, obviously, and the nice part is, tho, you can work day or night, whatever fits your schedule. They provided him with a laptop & printer, but the laptop is so hard to see! So he uses his dad's home PC. They usually want work done week by week, but if someone is sick or whatever, as long as work gets in by the end of a quarter, or semester, it is fine.
