I purchasd System Mechanic registry cleaner on line.I was sent an activation key that failed.I tried calling,nobody answers the line,the toll charges are expensive.I sent 25 to 30 unanswerd emails,nothing works and nobody can be contacted.What other steps can I take to get my money back or report them to B.B.B.?

  1. Did you email customer service ?

    Leave it for a few days.

    If you get no response, then do a charge back through your credit card.


  2. How did you pay for your online purchase? If you used a credit card you can dispute the charge with your credit card. They may be able to help you.

    You should also make a report at the BBB so that others don't get taken the same way.
