Online/softwear agreements/contracts?

Hi if i want to sign a representation agreement or contract to become someones agent, or any other agreements and contracts, do i need a lawyer? Where can i find sample contract or agreements online? is there any software? God Bless You.

Yes, it would be wise to consult a high-tech lawyer about the ins and outs of such agreements, or else you'll miss something and have nobody to blame but yourself.  Even a lawyer consults another lawyer if there is enough money at stake.

You can subscribe to an online contract forms database, or buy a book, but you can never be sure it fully covers the deal you really wanted.
