E-Learning is a problem because people generally don't want to read books on their computers or internet.  That's the only way to really get enough information, and it is best done with the book in hand.  Questions and answers are somewhat cumbersome in internet form, and it's also very hard to keep people from cheating, so there is a problem with grading them accurately.  I don't see this becoming a widespread practice in schools.  Teachers are more able to present information for groups of students, because they can communicate directly, and recognize specific concepts that need to be explained.
