I would actually say "watch what you eat."

I know this sounds bad but animals raised for meat are depleting our water supplies and the supplies that aren't being touched aren't touched because they are so polluted from agricultural and pesticide waste.  

One pound of beef takes 2500 gallons of water to produce.  That's enough water to sustain the average family for one whole month!!

100% of my water is fresh and filtered, LOL

that was kind of random, but yeah. 97% in saltwater, and only 3% is fresh, but 2% of that is glaciers, so really, we only have 1% drinking water.
