  12. You did say a "standard set of playing cards", right? So the number of clubs there would be 87. Thats 2 for each club card (2x13=26), for the upper left and lower right corners; plus 61 (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+2+2+2), face cards would have 2 on their faces.

    16 pawns - 87 clubs = -71

    Thats an impossible score on a par 5 hole, or a whole course for that matter :D

  13. I don't play golf but there are 16 prawns on chess set when you say minus number of clubs do you mean cards with clubs on 13 or do you mean adding all the clubs up together in which case are the pictures cards the picture value worth 10 or 4?

    well I will say the sum is 16-13=3 what 3 means on a 5 par golf course no idea.
