Well, I think it's probably because they use the same models over and over because that's the "look" they want to acheive.  Vogue is French and the French look at things in a different light than we do.  They have this perfect image in their minds for that magazine that they want to acheive.  Only so many models fit into that black or white.  What they find s**y is sometimes the same "heroin chic" models and has nothing to do with a prejudice against anyone.

BTW -they get BET (Black Entertainment Channel) but white people don't get WET and mexican people don't get MET.  So what's the differece?  It's okay when other people aren't included in "their stuff" but not okay if they aren't included in everything else?

By the way, Jade's answer is ridiculous. The lamest cliche people say TOO often (Don't agree with "Ya Dig" at all, either). Almost every other channel is for whites (Hello, ABC? CBS?). It doesn't need to be called WET to point that out. And there is a channel for mexicans. Go figure she wouldn't know that.
