Usually these people eat vegetarian foods along with only fish or seafood.

There is no viable label.  Pescatarian or piscivore is just bleeping annoying.  And I don't care what Merriam-Webster says; clearly, they're going with the flow.  It's the sort of thing that belongs in Urban Dictionary, not M-W!

Pescetarian...That's a person who only eats fish.  They are not a vegetarian though.
