Only for emo or goth girls out there?

Question

If you've had a boyfriend before, what was he like? Did he wear black? (like you do) Did you just like his personality? What do you girls like in a guy?

I ask this because I really like goth/emo chicks, but they don't really like me. I won't to know anything I could do for you ladies of the dark to be attracted to me.

I don't dress dark, I have no piercings, but I do get depressed often and can be very empathetic for you girls.

I was also wondering if you like people to say they know what your going through and they're sorry or that they're just sorry because usually when I get told that people know what I'm going through I get angry because it feels(to me) that no one could be this upset and they're making it look like a little fit or something.

I like having friends, but I just really want a girlfriend.

The best way to attract Goth girls is to dress Goth yourself, and go to a Goth club. It is perfectly OK to get piercings, you can let them heal up later if you like. The best way is to have your Goth G/F do the piercing for you! Do not get any tattoos, but you can get some artificial ones or have one done in Henna.

A good way to impress a Goth girl is to stick a fish hook through your nose in front of her. Before doing this, cut the eye end off the hook so that you can push it all the way through. Otherwise the barbs get caught up in your nose. Be sure and have a towel handy to mop up the blood.

Don't say that you know what she is going through (because you don't, you are not a mind reader). Rather describe what you went through yourself during one of your episodes of depression, then ask her to describe her own experience.

There are ways to deal with depression. Antidepressant drugs are the obvious way. But a way to impress a Goth girl is to ask her to give you a good whupping with a belt, so the endorphins will help. Or offer to do the same for her - it really works! It is a LOT safer than cutting, too.

P.S. Obviously, it involves some pain if you want to go with Goth girls. Deal with it!

dude, im gonna be straight up with you here.  goth is goth, and love is love. what one girl likes isnt gonna be the exact same thing another girl likes.  like, im goth, and my fiance is a straight up metalhead.  we have a lot of similarities but also enough differances to keep us interesting.  a few years back i met a goth girl who LOVED LOVED LOVED preppy guys.  like she was goth, we got along wicked well, and all that but our tastes in guys was so differant! she was dating this preppy guy and they went well together, and actually are engaged now i think.  shes still goth, he's still prep. see where im going with this?  just cause the emo/goth chicks you have met so far dont like you, doesnt mean you wont find one down the line that will.  you dont have to get peircings, you dont have to dress darkly, or any of that, because in all honesty, the right girl will like you for you.  

  i know a lot of that sounds like a load of bull, but i assure you its all true.  love is one thing that is individual.  a girl may totally be into the goth lifestyle and all that but her taste in guys is always going to be HER taste in guys, not the life she is part of
