Whats your favorite whisky and do you mix it with any other drinks???? Any good recipe??? Thanks !@

No particularly favourite brand, but it would have to be a single malt, and not a blend.

And you shouldn't mix a good whisky!

Typically, your single malt whiskies are meant to be consumed "neat"; by that, no ice; just a tiny splash of spring water to give the whisky "legs".

Blended whiskies can be used to make a mixed cocktail.  A scotch & soda, a manhattan are all good cocktails.

If you're buying, I'll have a Johnnie Walker Blue Label, or Macallan 25-year.  If I'm buying...I'll have the Macallan 12 or 18 year...maybe Johnnie Walker Black Label or Gold Label.

Scotch,  my favorites are Islays and Campbeltown single malts. My all time favorite is Springbank 21 Year Old 2003 Edition, but I can't buy it anymore.

I also drink good Bourbon, Irish Whisky and blends and I don't mix them with anything except a tiny bit of water.

Scotch whisky - I like Buchanan's have had Johnny Walker black as well as Chivas, but am loyal to Buch's

In bourbon, I am a bit more picky and usually go with Wild Turkey 101, if you're just starting out with bourbons it's a bit on the strong side, but has a lot of flavour.

In whisky, I'm not much a fan of Sour Mash, so Crown Royal

I have a bottle of Wild Turkey Rye, but have still yet to open it. Maybe on my birthday next month.

I rarely mix any of these, but if I do, it's usually Crown Royal with Cranberry juice, which I have been told is known as a "Royal fu**"

My general standby is Johnny Walker Black on the rocks. If I want something a little sweeter I have a bourbon (usually Beam) and seltzer. If I am in public and using a flask or small bottle, I do Jamison cut with a little water.

My only add-ons are water, seltzer or ice. You're drinking whisky for the flavor.

black label or chivas regal + club soda 3 ice cubes in a short glass

gold label rocks short glass

blue label or royal salute dry short glass

and if you are lucky get some johnny walker swing (i think it's only sold in airports duty free)

well for scotch whiskey i drink Johnnie Walker - Red label and mix it with a lime with 3 ice cubes and club soda.  Crown Royal whiskey with some dr.pepper, most people drink coke with it or drink it plain.

I love Chivas , Royal salute , Johnnie walker black  label and the blue label. I want them all  on the rocks  and for the Johnnie blue i want it straight up. The same for my Bourbon i want them on the rocks.
