Only have 10 days to lose!?!?!?!?!?

Well I need to lose atleast 3 pounds.... Im going to eat about 1400 calories a day.. and do a 50 minute taebo cardio tape 3 times a day.. sometimes 2.... If I do this for 10 days.. Will I see results.. Even if its water.. will my pants fit looser??

btw i weigh 130

  1. it really depends, don't starve yourself, and do cardio. don't set a limit like losing a ton of weight in ten days, you may not see results but you may lose a few pounds, it takes time to lose inches
