Im having middle pain and Im wondering if we (my boyfriend and i) should have s*x now or if it is too late? I am really trying to conceive.

If you mean ovulation pain, it is generally a good time to conceive, but every woman is different.  Some have the pain before ovulation, some during and some after.  Once the egg is released, you have 12-24 hours to get it fertilized before it dies.  Sperm takes 15-30 minutes to reach the egg.  In general, that means if you are having ovulation pain, you still have time, but it may be as little as a few hours, and ovulation pain is not reliable because you could have other problems causing pain in that area or you could be one of the people that has late ovulation pain.  The best thing to do is to combine charting with a commercial ovulation predictor like the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor.  Check out my source for info on charting and ovulation prediction.

Usually ovualtion isnt a painful experience, but all women are different....if you have a 28 day cycle, meaning you start your period every 28 days, then you should ovulate right around day 14, the best way to know when you are ovulating is when you have a thick egg white like discharge, it is stringy and clear in texture and very noticable, i know it sounds gross but you can see it coming out of you when you use the potty, they say the best time to have s*x is a few days before ovulation as sperm lives up to 3 days inside of you and has the best chance of getting to the egg, in my case I had started my period on June 6th and stopped on june 10th, we had s*x for the entire next 2 weeks and sure enough I am now happy to say i am 10 weeks pregnant. some people say not to have s*x until the week you are expecting to ovulate becuase it decreases the potency of your mans sperm count, so go easy on baby dancing when you are having your period and for a few days after and then start doing the baby dance about 5 days before you get ready to ovulate, the best time to conceive is the 2 days before you ovulate because again the sperm is built up inside of you and will be there waiting on the egg. good luck to you guys

The best way to get pregnant is pay attention to your vaginal discharge! Normally it's white but when you're most fertile it turns clear and kinda runny like an uncooked egg white and once it has turned clear you have three days to have s*x as much as possible to conceive! I did this personally, and the first time i did it i found i was pregnant the next month!!

Start keeping track of your cycles day and make note of the cycle day that you get the pains.  You should bed down before you get the pains or expect the pains, the day of , and day after. But it is really importmant to start keeping a journal at least of your cycle days (CD) if you are not charting your temps or using OPKs.
