Only rich have become richer by Globalisation ?

Not true.  In many cases, persons in other countries have some hope for employment and live much better because of globablization.  Of course, I'm sure, most of the money goes to other rich people in other countries as you pointed out, but not all of it.  It would be better if employers paid better than subsistence wages, but hey, they try not to here in the USA too, while a CEO can make 9 figures and pay minimum wage.  Wether or not this is responsible is largely up to the CEO, whose ethics you can question if you want.  I do.
