ok so im skinny/slim im 5' 9 in a half at 120lbs [pretty skinny for my height] im very athletic and im starting to gain musle and what not..and i can kinda sorta see stretch marks ready to form in some areas my abs my legs my calf and i wanted to know is there any thing i can do to REALLY prevent stretch marks before they get to the point where its PERMANATLY there.??

  1. Buy vitimin E or fish oil soft capsule pills then you cut them,extract the fliud (you can throw awyway the empty capsul and rub it on the affected area I had stretch marks on my behind cause I was eating to much I rubbed it on once a day in a month I had a normal behind.It really works you can find them in health shops.Remember soft capsules.

  2. there is a stretch mark creme made by avon. I actually saw it on television by a health poll as to what actually works and I bought some to try it out because i have stretchmarks to from sudden weight gain. you can try that, pain in the but sometimes because you have to apply it twice a day but its worth it for you to try.

  3. Don't gain weight too fast. I am 5'5 and 115 lbs. If you gain weight or muscle too fast, you get stretch marks.  If you loose it too fast you get lots of extra skin.

  4. You can get stuff in drug stores- im pretty sure coco butter works!  

  5. its odd, i used to have stretch marks but after a month or two of taking it a bit easier, they dissapear completly.if they dont, buy some BioOil.
