I do not know how to post my solution so I will send it to the tech guys. Ok my problem was that no matter what the stitch type I selected my 373 only sewed a straight stitch. The solution was to adjust the height of the needle via the adjustment inside the head of the machine. The needle was not going low enough but every time it came down it left a little loop two times down big loop, loop gets caught one stitch. But the loop only got caught every second time down so one time down was skipped. STRAIGHT STITCH Problem is fixed now but what is the correct height of the needle off the deck. One more thing when the machine was made the feed plate was misaligned so the factory just put a washer under one side to raise one side up. TACKY ,THANK YOU Just post this please Dale solved 1
