Only sound from Direct and Stereo settings on... I only get sound from the Direct and Stereo

Question

I only get sound from the Direct and Stereo settings on my Denon AVR 788. I use analog cables and have it set to analog. Sound is only coming from the front left and right speakers. No sound from center, surround (rear left & right) and SW. What could be my problem?
