Only the ring finger knows?

I recently read the first novel "Only the ring finger knows" online and i have been looking all over for the second "The left hand dreams of him" and the third "The ring finger falls silent"

If anyone knows of where i might be able to read these free online by scanlation or download them that would be amazing

Check the website you used for "Only the Ring Finger Knows" first. If you can't find it go to your local library or bookstore to get it.
