Ontario~ Is a landlord allowed to evict a family in 9 days?

Hello, I am 8 months pregnant I have a 1 yr old son and a 3 yr old son and were have just been evicted due to not paying rent for a few months ( we have our reasons) We just recieved a eviction notice the other day saying we have to be out on july 27th. My question is, are they allowed to only give us 9 days?

Landlords have bills to pay like everybody else. First however they have to go to court .

Aw man.  I hope you get a Canadian answer appropriate for you very soon.  In the United States, because you have kids under 5--eviction is not supposed to be less than 30 days notice.  Good luck to you, you need it.
