If you pulolled another offciers wife over, would u give her a tickket, or out of professional courtesy would u let her go with a vergbal warnin?

If I knew that she was another officer's wife I would give her a break, but then again for going 73 in a 65 I would give anyone else a break too.

It all depends.  Most people give breaks, based on whether they feel the behavior can be corrected without the need to resort to a summons.

Did she cooperate fully, or did she start the conversation with the "don't you  know who I am?" routine?

73/65 is a BS violation anyway.  Unless there's ice on the road, or some other unsafe condition, most wouldn't even bother to turn around for 8 over.
