Open Stadium for jogging in Toronto area?

Open Stadium in Toronto area?

I was wondering if there is an open stadium in Toronto area with lots of stairs, so I can come there in the evening for a jogging? I need to run on stairs

I'm not sure how open it is to the public but community members can access U of T's Varsity stadium which has a track and plenty of stairs in the seating area.
