Open bar packages in nyc for a birthday party?

what NYC bars and clubs offer open bar options for groups. Like $20-$60 a person all you can drink and also a VIP section. The price does not matter, i just want a fun party place for my 24th birthday

most places will set up deals with you if you contact their party planner.  

one that i know off hand that does this is Calico jack's - on 2nd ave btw 42nd and 43rd.
