Open port on a website... which ones?

Hi, I have a website and I'm not sure which ports are meant to be open. I have the following ports open (scanned them using Network Utility on my Mac) :

Open TCP Port: 21 ftp

Open TCP Port: 22 ssh

Open TCP Port: 23 telnet

Open TCP Port: 80 http

Open TCP Port: 554 rtsp

Open TCP Port: 555 dsf

Open TCP Port: 587 submission

Are any of these open ports of any concern security wise?

Thanks,

Ian

  1. For a website, only port 80 is needed. The rest can (should) all be closed, although you probably like 21 and 22 to be open (so you can upload files and login through Secure SHell).
