You have to have at least 250 points to reach level 2.

According to your profile you are half way there. Just don't ask too many questions, each question costs you 5 points.

Answering questions gets you 2 points each.

So, just answer your maximum of 10 each day and before you know it you'll be at level 2.

You also get 1 point (per day) just for signing in.
