I'm about to take a course in the Open University that i will link to a degree. But I haven't decided yet, as there is 3 degrees that I can link it to that I am interested. Can I put down in the registration form the 3 degrees even if later I just decide to take one, or Do I have to decide now for one??

Thanks in advance!

  1. You can link courses to degrees with the OU any time during or after the course. I've registered for courses in the past and then linked them to my degree when I finally decided on it. You can access the linking page from the studenthome page. If you do link now and change your mind, you can unlink and link to another.

  2. If the initial course is the same for all 3 degrees then there should be no reason to even specify one of them at this stage. Access to the degree courses will simply specify a pre-requisite of the initial course and you could then take from zero to three of them any time in the future.
