Opening a butchery in Midlands?

I am looking into opening a butchery in the Midlands (Just like the famous one in Milton Keynes were all South Africans and Zimbabweans travel from all over UK to buy their meats) where I can sell mainly beef (T-BONE ETC) and boerewors

Can any one tell me where where to get this tasty beef in UK or is it imported from South Africa?

Go vegetarian.  The meat market exploits helpless animals in factory farms.
