Opening a separate account for spending money?

i need help on how to have a separate account for pay my bill - shop- going out - and save money on used car and my first apartment i just need to save money

You could have all your pay check goes to Savings account. All expenses could go to checking account. That way you can monitor your expense account, and transfer money to checking account from your savings account.

I used Bank of America, and do all my bills online. They even let you schedule payment so you could save $ on postage.
