Opening a transport company?

i am a truck driver for couple years now..i really don't know how to charge the loads..LTL and full load. i really need help,how could i get shipper to stay with me

I'd speak to other O/O's to find out what they use. I know my friend used those Load Boards at Flying Hooks. He also hooked up and got his broker's license too. Not to take away from your dream but fuel prices are killing O/O's
