Opening school in a foreign country?

I would like professional advice on this question. If I am living the US and would like to open a professional school in a foreign country such as Haiti, what do I need from the department of education? Has anyone done this before or something similar?

Please keep the mean answers for yourself. I am seriously thinking about this and it would be a dream come true to be able to realize this project.

I would suggest contacting the department of education to find out what the criteria is for what you need. You would also need to find out from the country if they are willing to have such a thing and what they are willing to have ,and if they would establish any funds what needs to be met etc. What a great idea !
