Opening up Slim-Quick Extreme Gel tabs?

On the directions of the Slim Quick extreme bottle it says to take the gel tabs with water on an empty stomach twice a day. My problem is, I can't take a pill to save my life. But before I bought the extreme, I had the regular capsules and the guy told me at GNC that I could open them up and put the powder in a protein shake. Would I still be able to open the gel tabs and put them in a protein shake and take it that way??

no, gel tabs work because the clear plastic like case dissolves in your stomach. If you don't mind having a bad taste for a minute you could put a half glass of water on the table and put your gel tab in the water. After some time it will disolve and you can stir it with a spoon. Then drink the water.. maybe with some sugar free coolaid mixed in so it doesn't taste so ucky. That should work for you! But don't take the other pills with a protein shake because that will defeat the purpose of the pill... you will be taking in a lot of calories with the shake and you should just take them with water. Make sense?
