Opening up a bakery?

my grandma is an excellent baker. During the holidays she bakes over 20 different pies, cakes, and cookies. Her cookies include knotts, tri color cookies, sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and way more. They are all baked with her own recipes. So this year we are thinking about opening up a shop to sell these cookies. What would this shop be considered... any names if you have any
