Opening up a bubble tea store?

i wanna open up a bubble tea store in my town, i live in MA. what should i do? if you dont no what bubble tea is, its a fruity non alcoholic drink. what should i do first in opening up this business?

Make a list of your friends, acquaintances, and family.

Then make a list of their parents, brothers and sisters, and the friends that you know.  Write next to them what they do, you'll find all the help you need.
