Opera mini problem?

when i go use opera mini on my phone it says:

"opera mini wants to send or recieve information from //server4.operamini.com:80/. this will use airtime which may cost you money."

what does that mean and do i really need to pay? if so how much?

It means that you will pay by the megabyte that you use... I would suggest if you want to use it... contact your cell provider and get thet data plan which in the long run will be cheaper.

That means if you do not have a cellphone data  plan it will cost you

As long as you have that using opera mini is free
