Operamini & Email not working on nokia 3110...

Question

my career is cellone india (Pre paid)my apn is : wapnorth.cellone.in Proxy is 10.132.194.196port is 8080 i have set above setting but i am not able browse opera mini, email and other java application that required internet. i have heard that above application required proxy setting which option is not available by default on nokia 3110c. so have setup manually, but operamini and other email application is not supporting persona configuration.
