Operating system installation

I was given a bare bones gaming computer for X-mas. It came w/ no OS. Obviously, I have a working computer. It is running Windows XP Home. I also have a "Motherboard" Support CD( 2.9 S )that came w/ the machine. Can you tell me if it is possible to get this thing up and twitching w/ the materials I have on hand? If no, can you direct me to a reasonably priced what-ever-it-is I need to aquire to get the ball rolling? Heres the specs on the new machine:
