if your license is suspended for a medical reason and you get pulled over, is it a criminal offense?? This is the second time, but I did have my license since the last time. I was arressted for a criminal traffic and booked and released from jail today for this. I am not revoked. I can have my license with a physical exam. Is this gonna hold up in court????

  1. Yes, it is indeed. It is a class A misdemeanor in many places. You will lose. You may even go to jail for a year.

  2. It is still a criminal offense operating while suspended whether for a medical reason of otherwise the reason for suspension does not matter they will prosecute you for it.  Wouldn't it be easier to get the physical and get your license instead of going through this all the time.
