Operation aborted when I try to return to yahoo home page after browsing?

My Yahoo page opens fine when it first loads. As soon as I leave and then click the "back" arrow, "operation aborted" "cannot open site" appears. I changed the firewall settings, deleted cookies, history, temp., with no luck. Running Vista with IE 7. This is frustrating. How can it be resolved?

Reboot the computer, and see if that corrects it.

You should try using the little house icon to go back to your Yahoo home page.  It is located next to the refresh button and when you push this it should bring you back to your yahoo homepage.

I too would like to know an answer, I have tried everything (including 2 new downloads) to solve with no lluck!!! Unfortunatly I like the know format if it would just work correctly...........
