I hear that especially in Dresden and Leipzig are important cities about music and Oper. I would like to know best one in these two cities.

hi, in dresden it is definetely the Semper Oper, a beautiful building in the heart of the city.

In Leipzig the Opernhaus and Gewandhaus (in Augustusplatz) are the best.

I have not been to Dresden... so I cannot answer that part of the question...
