  1. Absolutely not.  Like you said, it's a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment right to privacy.

  2. You could beat the tests, just like you've evidently beaten the grammar, punctuation and spelling tests.

  3. I've never thought about that.

I don't think schools should have drug testing. I would imagine it would violate some form of privacy. To be quite honest, I feel parents should be the ones involved with making sure their children are free of drugs...not the schools.

  4. there should be no drug testing at all.

there should be no drug laws at all.

for 150 years my country did very well without that "busy body" nonsense, but now all our neighbors have to know our business.

such things are the death of freedom.

soon drug testing in schools will be the norm, then the debate will be about DNA tests to determine who should go to what schools based on their genetic potential.

we are heading into very dark times with uneducated fools handing more power to politicians by the moment, hoping they can live their lives as children raised by the "Mommy & Daddy State"

  5. My little brother's in high school and they have sniffer dogs in every 6 months. They also have security cameras everywhere like behind the sports hall and behind buildings to catch out those who smoke. The school's very concerned about dugs and they try to keep the campus really clean. They have s*x education on a regular basis too.
