Opinion about Yu-Gi-Oh Kuraz the Light Monarch?

What do you guys think about Yu-Gi-Oh Kuraz the Light Monarch? Is it any good for Monarch Soul Control, Warrior Monarch, Marco Monarch or any kind of monarch deck? Thanks!

Kuraz:

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can destroy up to 2 cards on the field. For each card destroyed, that card's controller draws 1 card. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned.

This Monarch is different from the other Monarchs since its effect doesn't come from tribute summon, it comes from normal/special summon. A cool thing about this card that most people won't think about straight off is that you can actually draw two cards instead of your opponent. Lets say Kuraz is in your graveyard. Special summon it with Premature Burial and then destroy Kuraz and the equipped Premature Burial to draw 2 cards. The card also says destroy up to 2 cards, so lets say you have a Sangan on your field during your main phase. Destroy Sangan and you get a free draw and a free monster to put in your hand.

This would be good in a Mill Deck since you would force your opponent to draw cards. This card is great since the effect will work regardless of whatever type of summoning you used to bring out Kuraz. I would say it is an advanced version of Mobius in some aspects.

This card would be good in a Macro Monarch since you can summon Kuraz then destroy your DD Survivor of DD Scout Plane or even both and draw cards. I might actually think about adding this card to my deck when it comes out. haha thanks for bringing up this question!

Best for a macro, for one you can destroy opponent cards or take out dd survivors or dd planes and pretty much get 2 free cards because when those two get removed from play they come back on the end phase. <(^_^)>
